Shipping policy

After you checkout, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

-Orders will ship within 24-48 hours.

-When your order has shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number. If you do not receive a shipping email with a tracking # please contact us at: michigansoutherncharm@hotmail.com.

-Michigan Southern Charm is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package is received by the carrier, all claims must go through USPS or UPS.
